Reservation Cancellation Policy

We are more than happy to accommodate your reservation request. Please remember that we are holding your reservation request pending your pet's arrival.  Many times customers forget that our facilities are limited and that we become full.

When we reach our total occupancy capacity, we have to refuse reservation requests and turn business away.  If you do not cancel your reservations in a timely manner (at least 5 days in advance for normal dates and 14 days in advance for Holidays) we are unable, in most instances, to re-book the space we have held for you.  This forces us to lose revenue, and we must then charge the client for his or her reserved space.  

Beginning in July 1999, due to an unmanageable increase in "No Shows" and late cancellations, we were forced to implement the following policy:

Please be aware that we try in all situations to work with our customers whenever possible -- on the other hand customers should be aware that we are usually "full" during the summer months at least 3-4 weeks in advance. This means that we are refusing potential customers in order to hold accommodations for your pet(s). If you cancel and we are forced to have vacant space you should expect to be charged -- simply put: "if we loose revenue due to a cancellation it will be charged. If we are not full and therefore the run would have been vacant and we would not have generated revenue -- you are not charged. Please do not blaim the attendant or ask them to "reconsider", all variations of policy are reviewed by the manager or owner on the next normal business day and if a refund is approved by the management it will be applied to your next stay or refunded by company check.

Thank You For Your Understanding --We Hate To Have To Charge Cancellation Fees -- with your assistance in adhering to our policy as stated this will be avoided.

SUMMER - IN SEASON CANCELLATION POLICY
(MEMORIAL DAY THROUGH LABOR DAY )
All Reservations Require A $25.00 Nonrefundable Deposit

If you cancel your reservation you forfeit your $25.00 Deposit!!

14 Days Cancellation or Change Notice --All Reservations Must Be Guaranteed By A Credit Card Deposit. If You Cancel or Change Within The 14 Day Period From The Date You Reserved And We Are Unable To Fill The Space You Abandoned By The Cancellation, Then You Will Be Charged For All Your Un-filled Days of the Reservation As Booked. If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date you will Be Charged For YOUR ENTIRE BOOKED RESERVATION As A Cancellation/Change Fee Per Pet.

All Major Holidays (call for dates) have a four (4) week minimum cancellation or change policy. If you cancel or shorten your reservations within 4 weeks of the Holiday you are subject to paying for your entire reservation as originally booked!

OFF SEASON CANCELLATION POLICY
(LABOR DAY UNTIL MEMORIAL DAY )
5 Days Cancellation or Change Notice --All Reservations Must Be Guaranteed By Credit Card. If You Cancel or Change Within The 5 Day Period From The Date You Reserved And We Are Unable To Fill The Space You Abandoned Then You Are Subject To A
$25.00 Cancellation/Change Fee Per Pet

"MAJOR" HOLIDAY CANCELLATION POLICY
(USUALLY THANKSGIVING, XMAS/NEW YEARS, AND ALL FEDERAL HOLIDAYS PLEASE CALL FOR DATES)
All Reservations Require A 50% Nonrefundable Deposit - Per Pet

If you cancel your reservation you forfeit your 50%Per Pet Deposit!!

14 Days Cancellation or Change Notice --All Reservations Must Be Guaranteed By A Credit Card Deposit of 50% of your booked amount. If You Cancel Your Reservation Within The 14 Day Period Prior To The Date Of Your Reserved Arrival You Will Be Charged For YOUR ENTIRE BOOKED RESERVATION As A Cancellation/Change Fee.
