We are more than happy to admit or discharge your pet at times other than our normal business hours. Your must remember that this will involve the additional time and travel of an attendant. Since this service does not fall within the normal paid hours of the attendant, we have established an after hours fee which is paid directly to the attendant. THE FEE IS $25.00 PER TRIP. This fee covers the employee's extra time and travel costs.

THIS SERVICE IS AVAILABLE ONLY BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 7:00 AM AND 7:00 PM MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY AND IS NOT AVAILABLE ON WEDNESDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS!! THIS SERVICE MUST BE ARRANGED FOR NO LESS THAN FIVE (5) DAYS IN ADVANCE IN ORDER FOR US TO SCHEDULE AN ATTENDANT.

The attendant will arrange a preset time and will meet you at the kennel at that time. He or she will wait an additional twenty (20) minutes; after which they will leave and the charge will be added to your bill at check out time. We suggest that you take our business card with you should you need to contact the attendant at the kennel during the preset time. (Please do not call and ask the attendant to wait additional time as you will be charged for each additional 20 minute period!!)
