you book your reservation through this system you
agree to all restrictions placed by our Cancellation
Policy & Our Rates Policies.
Any
cancellation or change in violation of this policy
will cause the policy to be enforced! Please
visit our Webpage for our hours
so that you are aware of the hours for both the day
of your arrival and departure.
Please note: completion of this form will
submit a formal reservation request!
1-You
MUST Provide Us With
The Following Information About
Your Pet (* indicates
a required entry in that field, which if left blank
invalidates form! )
2-Please make sure to tell us the frequency
of the Playtime and Nature Walks (i.e..
1x, 2x 3x). Use "CC" Info Box.
3-All reservation must be accompanied
by Credit Card.
(Please enter your CC number &
Exp. Date
in the appropriate "CC" box.)
4-If you make a mistake use the "reset form"
button at the bottom of this page.
5-If the form is incomplete (a
red marked box is left uncompleted) then the
form will not transmit!!!
You will not receive a "Successful Transmittal
Reply".
6-
If you are haveing someone else drop off or pick-up
your pet please make sure that you visit our "Contracts"
page for VERY IMPORTANT information.
7-If
you have multiple pets, fill out the form then use
the submit button at the bottom of the page. Then,
after you receive the "Success Page" use
your blowser's "back" button to return the
page to you screen. DO NOT USE THE "RESET"BUTTON.
Then change the existing pet's information
which is different. This will save you many steps!
8. All reservations over a major holiday such as Thanksgiving
and Christmas will be charged a $25.00 non-refundable
deposit upon receipt of this reservation request.
This deposit will be charged to your credit card and
will be applied to your reservation on check in. If
you cancel your reservation the deposit will be forfeited.
